Student ARC Journey

Strengths Discovery: Using CliftonStrengths® to Thrive in College and Beyond

Every student arrives on campus with a unique set of talents—patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior that, when understood and developed, become powerful strengths. Strengths Discovery helps international students uncover what they naturally do best and learn how to apply those talents to academics, relationships, leadership, and future career pathways.

As the presentation emphasizes, “Discovering and building on our greatest talents is a direct road to success.” This course gives students the tools, language, and confidence to activate their strengths and use them intentionally throughout their ARC Journey™.
